In 2020 as the global pandemic was impacting businesses across Victoria, our Resilient Ready experts were engaged by the State Government department of Business Victoria to develop a business resilience framework.
We were initially asked to create business resilience website copy and an easy to use template document that would educate and empower businesspeople across the State.
The client quickly accepted our reverse brief recommending an easy-to-follow printable framework to support and guide every businessperson to confidently navigate disasters and the changes they bring.
We worked closely with Business Victoria to ensure the framework not only met the needs of their audience but delivered immediate and ongoing benefits through an engaging format.
Business resilience is often seen as complex and boring. Our challenge was to make it practical, easy and helpful.
