The Victoria State Emergency Service (VICSES) sought a review of their strategic partnership and sponsorship approach as part of their Community Resilience Strategy Renewal 2019-2022.
Deliverables required included:
We created a four-step approach including an initial deep dive workshop to enable VICSES to feed into the development process as the project was being implemented.
Integrating scenario mapping, we were able to test usability and outcomes before creating the final version of the Framework and support Tools.
We got a great solution that aligns with our strategic focus – for current and future partnerships.

VICSES received a Partnerships Framework with a tailored approach for their guiding principles and stakeholder mapping.
The Partnerships Framework was inclusive of all stages throughout the partnership lifecycle. It educates and guides VICSES staff and volunteers so they can ensure future opportunities are in line with the short and long-term strategic priorities of the organisation.
In addition, seven tools were created to support the process of identifying a new partnership need, up to the conclusion of a partnership agreement.
