Disasters are impacting Kangaroo Island businesses like never before. To build capabilities in businesspeople across the Island, a project has been funded to create a FREE solution for the local business community.
The online solution will enable every businessperson across Kangaroo Island to do business better – in the good times and the bad.
This Resilient Ready Kangaroo Island Hub Project has a focus on reducing disaster risks and limiting the impact associated with natural hazards on Australian communities and economies.
Resilient Ready sister company corporate2community won the grant in collaboration with the South Australian Department of Innovation and Skills. The grant includes engaging a local Kangaroo Island person to work on the project team.
As a Kangaroo Island local, I’m excited to be bringing together our business people to explore new opportunities and see what comes of our collaboration.
