Frequently asked questions

What is the project?

The Business Community Resilience (BCR) Toolkit Project is an innovative online program developed to help build resilience capabilities in businesses and communities.

The 18 month program has been created to build regional conversations, while encouraging businesses of all sizes to make small changes that we know will have a big impact.

The program involves a total of 26 micro-learning modules released over 12 months, each with a resilience theme. The modules come with a simple yes or no question and a case study of a local business owner.

Project outcomes include data to identify local business community vulnerabilities, an upskilling of knowledge and positive behaviour change.

A local steering committee has been advising the project to ensure place-based relevance for the module content and data sharing.
