‘Future Ready Young Farmers & Fishers’ is a FREE micro-learning program running from March to May 2023 – focused on helping you and your business get ahead of future disasters and disruptions.

If the thought of getting your business ‘future ready’ seems too complex, expensive or time consuming – this is the program for you!

Funders

This program is funded by the Young Farmer Business Program (YFBP) – an initiative of the NSW Department of Primary Industries.

Registrations open in February 2023, and the program kicks off in March.

You’ll receive 15 micro-learning modules over the 3-months. We’ll also be running 3 workshops in the community (family friendly of course) with the aim to show how future planning can be easy and fun!

The program formally ends on 31st May 2023.

What is the project?

This project is an innovative micro-learning program developed to help build resilience capabilities in Farmers and Fishers.

Co-designed with a local Glen Innes steering group, this FREE 3-month program is available to every farmer or fisher from Glen Innes Severn Shire, NSW.

From March to May 2023, participants will benefit from:

  • Receiving 15 micro-learning (5-minute) modules
